    "I was out of a routine, struggling to find time for myself, dealing with peri menopausal symptoms, juggling family life, a full-time job and studying for a promotion to keep up with cost of living!  I was really struggling with my weight, anxiety and hormones and was finding it hard to maintain any weight loss. I became friends with Dr Patel through our school children, through social circles, general chats, and meeting for walks. Last summer, I attended one of her workshops on lifestyle behaviour change, nutrition and mindfulness which really inspired me to focus on myself as well as, looking at things in a more relaxed way.
